hi everyone, hope someone can help! I've been diagnosed after mammogram with high grade non invasive DCIS, had lumpectomy, clear margins and now told I need six weeks of radiation which I do not want ...
Caseypinto...no, not back in right breast, just metastisised in spine with a couple of small mets on liver...was put on a hormone tablet for two years until that stopped working and then i started having breathing issues which oncologist described as having cloudy, fluffy lung so hence now having chemo...so 2 down and 4 to go..i also have a monthly injection of Xgeva to strengthen the bones which can cause osteoporosis so then you have to take a calcium supplement like caltrate.
