Good on you. Sounds like a lovely spot. Sometimes when I was going through chemo, and even these days when feeling a bit low I drive to the beach. I am lucky I don't work full time. I go on a day when everyone is at work/school. I buy a coffee somewhere on the way. Set my deck chair on a nice grassy verge overlooking the beach but in the shade. I sip my coffee read my book or just take in the view. It is such a good mood lifter.
