I live in a small country town & figured no problems would occur by going out for cuppas & lunches....all good the first round but ended up in hospital twice after 2nd chemo......can only guess it may have been someone in the shop who happened to sneeze near me!
Since then I have pretty much hibernated at home & my hubby even banned visitors because it frightened us so much! Have just finished chemo & figure I will have plenty more cuppas & lunches to make up for those I missed.
Probably just bad luck I guess....and it most likely won't happen to you....just sharing my experience.
