I cried briefly the day I was told that it pretty much was cancer and was sent off for core biopsies and mammograms but I haven't since then. I've been really optimistic and just looking forward to starting treatment. My partner seemed to be finding it harder than I was so I thought that maybe it would be healthy for me to have a bit of a cry... I tried but ended up laughing at myself!! I think for me the worst part is the diagnosis and the unknown. I have been given so much great information so I don't feel afraid any more... Now I just have to get on with treatment and deal with the side effects as they arise.
