It does improve Janina,like the other ladies have said.I just checked back on my diary,and after day 7 I was starting to feel pretty good.By the end of the third week,you find yourself thinking"hey this isn't too bad,I can do it again no problem" and then it starts again!!Just lay down,until your body tells you it's starting to feel better.You will know when.Sending you a big hug.xoxoxRobyn
