How did you cope/ feel about being bald in public?
I have no issues with it, and believe that if people did happen to stare at me,THEY have the problem, NOT me. And as to kids asking me or there parents why I am bald, what a great opportunity for me or there parents to explain to kids about cancer, or treatment, or that some people are different.
I would be STUFFED without my fans (i have one next to my bed - Iget more hot flushes at night - when in beed or early morning etc - I often whip my sleep cap off in the early morning, as my head goes thermonuclear ?
Get yourself a fan (I have a couple of little bamboo lacy ones, they are Great and I got mine free from our local headwear shop (Heads up @ Calvary), buy you can get different kinds including little battery operated kinds with like a propellor on the front).
