Day 3 after chemo

Hi Girls

This chemo "stuff" is a challenge but I will get through just like others have done.  I am actually doing okay with only "normal" side effects that aren't too bad.  The worst part is that it messes with your head - both physically and mentally.  This is my greatest challenge.  Those of you who have had chemo will know exactly what I mean.  The aches and pains, constipation/diarrhoea/nausea you can deal with but the messing with the head is another thing.  My poor husband is struggling as I am not usually "dumb, crying,weird".  I will just keep doing what I can ie good nutrition, rest, mouth and skin care and the rest will just have to happen and I will deal with it.XLeonie
