Thanks guys. It gives me so much strength to know I'm not alone.

Hi Most people diagnosed with breast cancer have been scared and shared your fears. Your mind will be racing nonstop until you get your pathology results and know what treatment you may need to beat this disease. I agree that it is a lot more difficult when you have a medical background. There is a lot of support and experience to tap into on this site so make use of it. Stay strong and be positive.

not entirely sure.  Scared of dying.  Scared of leaving my kids behind.  Scared of having secondaries.

Scared of cancer and not wanting it in my body.

Scared about anything in particular, or "just" a general feeling?

 

Actually make that a LOT scared!
