Day 2 Post surgery : wide excision & axillary dissection

Hi Flossy, It seems we all react differently, I had the nipple removed and the flesh around it, so my boob is shorter and 22 lymph glands removed.Using a pillow really helps, but my underarm still feels numb and I had some cording. Its been 2 and a half months and it is still hurts when I do stretches. I spoke to my doctor and he is going to do some accupunture under the arm when I finish radio. so that may be an option if your nerves are still acting up. The best day of my life was when the drain came out, after nearly 5 weeks. Hope you feel better soon xxx
