Kidney throb lasted about 20 seconds at school

Ache in injection site and dull ache under right arm.

might be psychosymatic 

Saw Sheryl, has thrown me a little... almost as if I have been in denial for the past few days. school has been a welcomed distraction. 

forgot about it all for a few minutes while viewing art show. then suddenly realised again.

have been feeling extremely positive up to now.

woke at 4am. up now and it is 5.40 Thursday. 

full day at work today...
