I like your positive attitude and find it encouraging. I haven't started chemo yet and am busy doing my excercises given to me while I was in hospital but must check out my Pilates DVD like you.
The advise from the other ladies about listening to your body sounds very wise and I know that exercise is very important.
Yes, it is disappointing to be starting this journey so close to Christmas but I am grateful that we will be keeping it very simple and relaxing.
