BCNA has been a great support for me over the year I have just completed, with treating Breast Cancer. I had just moved to Launceston when I was told I had it, and reached out to complete strangers, regularly. The love and support I felt from the people who responded to every question, every emotion and every rant I had, was amazing. It gave me strength, information, and peace of mind each day. We are now joined together by an invisible bond. Now here I am a year has gone by, and I have just finished my first couple of weeks back at work. Wow, at first I thought I wasnt going to survive the experience, and hell was I wrong. I turned 47 this year, and because of BC I now have found 3 fantastic new friends, and just joined BCNA yesterday, at my first meeting with the crew in Launceston. Gotta run for now, will be back to say more....Bel
