Déjà vu
Good morning lovelies.
I’ve just come home from having my ultra sound to find out why this cellulitis won’t clear up.
So as you do you open the envelope and have a look at the scans...why not it’s my boob :smile:
And then I see 2 o’clock 3cm...as per original diagnosis. The cellulitis is not at 2 o’clock. I don’t know what to make of this. I am stressing and feel like screaming like a mad woman. And have to wait until next Wednesday when I see my GP :(
Next month is my 1 year review and next week is anniversary when I went for my mammogram when this nightmare started... can’t help but think here we go again. Nellie xx

- Hey @Mollygirl was going ok and was admitted into hospital today ☹️ Infection was not clearing up...so now on iv antibiotics, hopefully they kick it to the curb :) xx

i will call GP in the morning and try my luck. I just hope it’s nothing...praying like hell :( - Everything takes too long, unless it happens too fast, on planet BC. At least we are past the bloody holiday season where you can wait for weeks, totally becalmed, while everyone is off work having their annual leave.
Logically an extra day or so shouldn't make any difference, but it does. Nails ripped down to the quick, sleepless nights and a snappy snarly headspace that doesn't help on any level, it's a shit of a position to be in. Hopefully everything is ok. I do believe it all comes down to luck, so I'm hoping yours is good next week. - Hey there @hendrix if the scan was done on Friday your dr should be able to access your results tomorrow I would think. I work in a gp clinic and we ring daily for results as needed. Don’t read too much into those scans. Unfortunately I’m guilty as a nurse especially of always opening my scans and reading my own results at work and that’s how I found out my diagnosis as I was ringing the results of other patients at work came across mine as the gp I worked with was my gp too. And whammo there it was right there in front of me. So not the best way to find out I can tell you especially since it was just a routine mammogram and wasn’t expecting it! It’s the radiographer that takes the pics but the radiologist that assesses and reports on the scans. So ring your gp tomorrow and ask the receptionist to get the report for him. Dont panic love.
