CT SCAN - FULL BODY

I had a ct scan last year. You have to drink a special drink once you get there and they like to inject ink through your veins as it shows a better picture. I did not have the ink injected as i am petrified of needles, bit silly really but my scan showed every thing clearly any way so i was lucky.

You just lay on a bed and it moves in and out of a large cicle that takes pictures. it really is not scary or invasive at all.

I went to the same place for most of my biopsys or scans so all the staff got to know me. it makes it a little easier if your alone all the time to see a friendly face. I hope that your scans go well. please let me know how you go.
