You brought back memories of those nasty night time foot cramps I use to have. Oh yes I can relate. I would say it is all the toxic chemo, the fact that you had diarrhea would not have helped. The staminade was a good idea. I also found that a warm salt bath helped. I can only offer alternative therapy suggestions that I have tried, such as a massage. Find a good oncology massage therapist in your area. Accupunture, and reiki. Even try a general massage yourself or ask your partner.
