COVID Anti virals
Hi all Was wondering if anyone knew if have been treated for BC and now on tamoxifen if we qualify for PBS funded Covid anti viral. I've asked my pharmacist and they don't think so unless less than 3...

Maybe Check with your Onc @Aska ..... if you've already tested positive, the earlier you have the Anti Virals, the better .... even if you have to pay for it :(
I know there are quite a few cases in our area again, so I still wear a mask at the local shops .... yeah, daggy looking, I know! ;)
Here is what the Gov Sheet says (within 3 months of completing treatment is mentioned in the 18 Years or Older group further down .....)
Tho I would have thought that our AIs might put us into the immunocrompromised 'group' (as mentioned in the Over 18s ....) 'OR OLDER' covers ALL of us too?? And here is the '3 month limit' for chemo/Rads ..
