Isn't it funny how we clean when we know change is ahead!! You will be ok. It is not all that bad and they have good pain meds now so it is manageable. Everyday got better than the last after my mastectomies.
Thats great that you get to spend some time with your son too. I am sure that he will just have love and admiration for his washed out rag, LOL. No seriously though this time is about you and everyone will be very supportive i am sure!!
Have you called Zonta International? You can get a cushion for under your arms to provide comfort after surgery, if not get your breast care nurse to chase one up for you.
