Costs of follow up scans and how many is too many?

Yeah a lot of it just depends on who you end up seeing I suppose.  I've had some really good ones as well.  But some need a personality reboot.
My reply was "Why the f**k did I just go through all that treatment t to be lucky it hasn't come back. I thought that was the whole point"  That kind of took him by surprise and he apologized.  No excuses though.
