Hi Pennybryn -- it's no nuisance at all.  :)

If you want to edit or delete a post, just look at the top of the post and you should see an 'edit' tab.  Click on that and it will give you the editing form.  Scroll down the bottom of the editing form, and you'll see three buttons at the bottom -- post, preview and delete.   Click on delete and follow the prompts and your post will delete (there's no undo for that, though, so be sure you mean it :).

Sorry ladies, please ignore my other post.  I've found my answer but couldn't find a delete key to delete the post, sorry to be a nuisance.
