I went to the physio who had seen cording in this place before. That alone was reassuring. She said as long as it wasnt bothering me too much to just leave it. It went away on its own, little by little and has now disappeared entirely. I could only feel it when I reached my arm up above my head so it wasnt really restrifting me, just felt weird.
