Hi all, just wondering I am now 2 1/2 yrs post surgery chemo and rad and i thinks I've developed cording is there a time frame with this or can it happen at any time. Will make appt with the doc soon. just wondering if this has happened to any one else. cheers jenny
Hi Carme thank you for the tips will put them into practice. it took me by suprise but possibley being in a yoga hot room (42 degrees C) and all the yoga stretching I was self healing and not knowing it. its a pity the Bikram Yoga is so expensive.
