Hi Chris,

We do have a bug in the network at the moment (which is in the process of being fixed) where the system might choose the wrong town if there are multiple towns with the same postcode -- it seems to choose the first one alphabetically. So if it doesn't fix when you try and edit it, just let me know what your right town should be by email to the office (also give me your real name so I can be sure I have the right person to [email protected]) and we'll fix it for you.

If you haven't found the right place to edit your contact details yet, then they are in the 'publications' tab, because that's your way to keep your contact details up-to-date with us so we always deliver your publications to the right place.  To find that, just go to your profile, then 'edit', and you'll see the 'publications' link on the right underneath the tabs.

Your profile is linked to our database, so don't delete your information unless you don't want to receive anything from us, just use the 'privacy setting' (little icon in the right of the field) to make sure everything is set to 'hidden' if you want it all to be only seen by you.
