Confused
Mammogram and ultrasound done. The dr told me these were showing breast cancer. Core biopsy results showed no cancer. My Dr is sending results on to specialists. I am so confused. More wait...

The ultrasound and mammagram showed three 'growths' but my breast surgeon does this thing where she likes to read the films without being influenced by the report. So she dismissed the first two as harmless and explained why
and then concentrated on the third which then i had biopsies on even though we knew it was going to be removed. im satisfied with this approach but ive got a close relative with lcis who is just monitoring it -now in her third year and a friend who has in her words 'lumpy 'breasts' so it suits me to go low key--im having repeat mammagrams and ultrasound every year so it will be monitored and that feels enough. Surgery was fine and lump removed but cant tell and impressed no end as this helped recovery
