Hi Louie, I wasn't aware of the website, will definitely look at it. It can be a confusing time making that decision and I did get to see the gallery at the breast clinic at Royal Perth Hospital which was a good help but obviously not everyone can benefit from it. At first I was definite about getting a new nipple however I'm not sure how important it is to me now, perhaps after summer I will see how self conscious I am about it. I haven't started exercising much but will start off with longer walks I think, although need to avoid being in the heat due to possible lymphoedema, even though I have a sleeve I can wear. So pleased for you that you are getting to end of your process, it can be lengthy and difficult. You sound like you have a new lease of life , don't think I'll be up to running though (husband loves it but have always found it sore on the shins!). Hope your post op goes well
