Hi Louise, Thanks for replying. Yes it's a big decision and not an uncomplicated one. I am going to see the Breast gallery at RPH on Monday so that might shed some light on things and don't need to make a decision until the following week. With the TRAM I'm not so much worried about the reconstruction more the long term effect/problems in the abdomen, not that I'm a fit athletic person who is going to need strong musles. Have you noticed a big difference in your tummy and have you been restricted in any way, after healing? Also how did you deal with the scar, seeing it every day must be a constant reminder of what you have gone through. Thanks
