Comforting Advice Required!!

Hi Everyone! Forgive me but I just need to vent a little bit.......I had my first Docetaxel on 24th April followed by the Neulasta injection 24 hours later. I had quite sevre bone pain and flu like systems for about 4 days but as they eased I had then had a temp of 38.1 so off to hospital I went. Once I got there my temp went down and they said although I had a spike in my temp there were no other issues but they kept me in to be safe.  Each day they did blood tests which showed my white blood cell count increasing so although at this point I felt really well they were concerned about hidden infections and then started talking about posiible abscess on my liver because my liver function wasn't 100%, so they were going to send me for an ultrasound.......panic! Anyway a different doctor came and I asked him about the Neulasta and wasn't the point of it to increase white blood cells??? A look of confusion  and then the light went on and they had big turn around and quickly sent me home!! What a big stress. Has anyone experienced any of this. And isn't it normal for your liver function to fluctuate around the chemo stuff? Oh dear...well at least I am back home and I do feel good so that the main thing. Any advice for the bone pain .......
