I think if the choice whether to have a prophlactic mastectomy of your healthy breast rests on the results of genetic testing then it would be wise to wait for results. Otherwise you would be having two surgeries? Just a thought. I don't envy you your decision. Just out of curiosity, why did they change their mind?
