It's the unknown isn't it.No one can say how you'll react ro chemo.If you get to the unit and you are anxious then ask for a calm you down pill.It helped me because I was ready to do a runner when they sat me down.It is so hard to go through with something that you know will make you sick and your hair fall out. It also cuts a chunk of time out of your life.My motto became -prepare for the worst but hope for the best..I won't "sugar coat"chemo cos I had a hard time but lots of ladies here coped quite well - maybe you'll get lucky!
