Hi there,
I used cold caps and you do lose a fair percentage of hair gradually. I feel like of lost 50% but luckily had thick hair to start with. It looks a bit straggly now (6 weeks after completing 6 rounds of chemo) but would be fine with a good hair cut (on my list of things to do). Despite not keeping all my hair I am glad I chose to use cold caps. Having had a great result with the chemo, surgery etc I feel I can just get on with things without having to wait for my hair to grow back to feel like me again.
