I had a diep flap in Feb and I am so, so happy with it. My other breast is still heaps bigger but I am on the waiting list for a reduction to match the newer one which is exactly the size I wanted. The first few days in hospital you have to crouch over so my back was the most painful part of me. The rest I found a breeze. As soon as I could straighten up I was away laughing.
Good luck with your reconstruction although I know you won't need it. Which hospital are you going to?
