It is a private group but above is the link to request membership. It is run by a very special lady called Louise Turner. These very generous ladies sharing there information have made my research so much easier and so much more real. I am just 12days post op from having a prophylactic mastectomy and double tram flap reconstruction. I wasn't very big and have ended up with two little me's that I just love. As I am still in recovery mode I have not managed to put my story up. What I can briefly say is the first few days in hospital were really hard, I was home though 6 days after the op and continue to improve daily. Although I am sure I have a long way to go in my recovery I am definitely moving in the right direction. I think being as fit and healthy as you can preop really helps. Ask lots of questions, I still am!!! Be sure about what you want, and don't be afraid of a second opinion. Good luck. Paula :)
