Dear Julie, the worst thing about tomorrow is that it's unknown. The mechanics of it are simple. They'll hook you up, pump you full of 'medicine' and send you home. After that the docs can make generalisations about what's going to happen but it's so individual you just won't know until you get there. There's a few things guaranteed to happen but after that you'll probably fall somewhere in the middle like most people. It's no fun but you'll get through. Keep moving as much as you can, drink plenty of water especially in the first few days, accept all offers of help and be easy on yourself. We've got you!
