Chemo Round 4

Well, zapped on Thursday.  But is was my last double dose now I move on to Taxol for 12 weekly rounds.

Probably a good thing as I started getting rashing immediately after the Epi.  Obviously my body doesnt like it at all this time around. But it has passed and now I just have that fabulous tomato face. Must admit to being concerned about the side effects of Taxol but worrying doesnt help does it? One day at a time.

The pic line stays in as it is working, but as it is in my lymph are we are monitoring it closely.  I get an extra weeks break between this and the next zapping.  Looking forward to that.

My Oncologist tells me there is potential for a study into TNMBC if they receive two more "yes" votes to the funding.  I have already voluteered my samples and am willing to give more if it helps. 

Onwards I go.  Time for second breakfast and meds.

    Hi Serenity11 your positive attitude is an inspiration and is so admirable. So glad to hear you had your final double dose. Also congratulations on your ability to offer samples for study whilst going through such a tough time yourself. Pink Sisters are truly inspirational and strong women.
