The HER2 may be the deciding factor. Mine was invasive ductal ER/PR+ and initially with clear margins and no nodes involved I was to have radiaiton only. But when the HER2+ came back, I was advised that chemo would be necessary as I would be having Herceptin which has shown to be more effective with chemo than without. I had 6 rounds TCH and have another 6 months on Herceptin alone. Also started on Arimidex.
If you are unsure get another opinion. Ask questions, it's your body. Sometimes doctors forget to explain properly
