The nurses at radiotherapy were very encouraging of my swimming during radio. The main thing is to rinse off the pool water as soon as you get out and apply your moisturizer cream (I used Moo Goo as it does not contain petro chemicals). As long as your skin does not break down, it should be ok, but check with the staff at your radiotherapy. Aqua aerobics sounds like a great idea just make sure you are over your last chemo and have your immune system recovered. Xxx
