Hi @Nefertari. No official knowledge here! But I have noticed a number of people report an increase in bad dreams during chemo. It's not surprising, your psyche is already disturbed by a cancer diagnosis, and now your body is flooded with poison and other assorted drugs that can lead to insomnia. If you're only briefly dipping into sleep and waking up a lot, you're more likely to remember your dreams. If you're not getting the deep sleep your brain isn't processing the days events as well.
A few other people here have reported chemo related tinnitus. I asked my oncologist and she said chemo doesn't affect your ears. I reckon there'd be some people here who'd disagree! Stress can sometimes trigger auditory problems. I'd suggest to wait until you've got through the first full chemo cycle, and if it's still happening, go and see your GP.
