Hey Jen!!! Bio markers are a certain component that they look for when doing a blood count ,that,if the levels are not within a certain range,they will then test for other things,as it COULD mean that there is a problem.Have you tried sugar free chocolate Jen?We have a shop near us that has a great range,and I'm sure it's a great thing for people that just love chocolate.
