Oh Sam - I was so sd to read your news on FB last night and you haven't left my mind since. You have always shown and continue to show such courage and grace but if you are anything like me you'd possibly give that all away in a heartbeat to be clear of this bloody thing.
I don't know what to say because saying things isn't enough. I want to take it away. I want to guarantee you a treatment plan that will work, I want to take away the pain.
