Certified Medically Fit

I am pleased to report that there is movement at the station.

I received a letter from the Dept of Transport to say that following my recent medical assessment that they are pleased to advise me that I am "certified medically fit to hold a driver's licence". 

I also received a reply from my email enquiry saying that "further to your medical assessment you have recently completed, you are no longer required to complete a Medical Assessment with the Department of Transport".

I am quietly confident but not celebrating yet until my actual renewal arrive's.

    What a relief for you. Such a ridiculous situation over a possible side effect. Glad it was finally sorted if not i would suggest referring the matter to the ombudsman.

    Great news what a lot of crap you had to go through. There are so many medications out there that have worse side effects.
