Hi Massiel,SNAP!! After reading you post I am now totally convinced I had "Avocado syndrome", I just didn't realise that was its name..ha ha ... (Nb: i love that we are even making up the names of new groups of issues...lol) When I finally saw my oncologist she said I looked tired and sad!! I guess that could be considered a bit normal given we had gone through BC but it didn't feel right to me and she noticed it as really odd for me too. I felt like an absolute alien.. I'm on an 8week break from the tamoxifen and I feel like a different person. It's such a relief. I don't know what we are going to do in 4 more weeks and maybe I need to get my head around being back on it but even a short break has been really helpful for me.. Maybe you could chat to your oncologist and see what options are available.. Think my hubby is also veeeery glad for the break .. Your post was classic.
