Hi, spot on about 'avocado syndrome', everybody used to say how well I looked and inside I was feeling crap. I'm also on Arimidex which has an assortment of lovely side effects. Your friend from overseas sounds a little unhelpful:) Hope you feel a little better letting it all out, I am sending you cyber hugs as well, take care,
