I have just started taking arimidex so I'm not sure about the side effects of tamoxofin. My chemist printed out an information sheet for me so maybe yours can do the same. One thing I have noted along the way, is that for every drug I'm given there have always been tests to determine if I'm fit enough to get them - what does that say! I can say that on my little info sheet it says that arimidex can be associated with blood urine or liver changes so it would be worthwhile for you to talk to your chemist about potential side effects and oncologist if you are worried.
I liked your analogy to the avocado. It is spot on. I am working and I am told I look really good a lot but that is because I have hair and eyebrows which certainly makes me look better than I did without. Sadly some days I feel like a slug with no memory which isn't good in the office.
