I take it for my AI side effects - and since starting about 12 months ago, it has reduced my side effects to a manageable level. My Onc has written me a letter that I keep in my wallet - saying that I am on it for side effects of BC meds. It is ridiculous that the use of it is still so hard to access legally .... Whilst your Onc says there is not enough evidence that it does NOT interfere with your chemo - there is plenty of anecdotal evidence (straight from the patients' mouths) that it DOES help them cope with their cancer treatment.
