Yeah Robyn, one of my very supportive friends said have to learn so call "selfish" to put myself first. A kind of selfish doesn't mean the so call selfish, but think the way of : if I didn't take good care of myself, I can't handle the rest of my life.... SO learn to be good to myself, and it's about time to hand off and enjoy (because he's 17) instead of start a new disease haha..........
I treat this as a new chapter for myself, and re-start to learn.
