If you can do the study I would. I would have liked to have done this type of trial when I had treatment. There's a many benefits to exercise when undergoing treatment and post treatment.
I recently finished 12 weeks of chemo and 20 radiation treatments. During my treatment I worked with an exercise physiologist called Kate from DNA Healthgroup - Movement Against Cancer to do a weekly exercise program. Kate was very informed about current research on the benefits of exercise for tolerating chemo, managing side effects and also reducing the risk of the recurrence of cancer post treatment.
