SO sorry to see you here - welcome to the forum - a great place for support and info - specially on the side effects of the AIs/Hormone Tabs - which are famous for giving us big mood swings etc Many DO 'get used' to the side effects of their medication - I believe that those who've already gone THRU menopause may have less side effects than those forced into it thru surgery & chemo etc.
Poor you - you are going thru such an emotional time just now @Dottiep ..... we are here to help you thru this. And 'letting it out' by crying is actually a very natural release - and totally normal. Where abouts are you 'roughly' - others may be able to steer you to some services in your area
I hope our lovely dog isn't in any pain - I am guessing he/she is 'older' .... and has been well loved by you and a faithful buddy to you. One of my uke lady's 16 year old dog has just been diagnosed with a big tumour & she is totally bereft, as altho her dog is not in pain - she is limping & obviously not well. It brought me to tears as well.
Do you have family and/or friends nearby that you can confide in, give you some support? Or chat to the helpline here BCNA Helpline 1800 500 258 - as you may be helped by chatting with an independent person. Can you access a psychologist thru your GP or Breast Care Nurse?
Hang in there, buddy xxxx Big hugs coming your way!

(I've been a bawling mess this week too, having been called back for a biopsy 12 months after detection, surgery & rads - and still awaiting an appointment 5 days later .... so can really feel for you.) xxx

@Giovanna_BCNA - perhaps Dottiep's post be given it's own thread for others to reply to?
