Cant control my emotions...

Diagnosed in July, surgery, radiotherapy which took its toll on my skin !! And have now been on Arimidex for 8 weeks. It has been a roller coaster , but I thought I was managing ok although the hot flushes have been another level and I am on ' struggle street ' until the last week when my dog became very sick. He's no spring chicken, but my loyal companion. Well I've hit the wall ! Can't control my emotions, a weeping mess, and trying to have a normal conversation almost impossible! Trying to remain positive but feel like I've been thrown off the roller coaster from a great height! Need to pull it together.😜 
Do some of the side effects of Arimidex ease with time ? Xx
