My arm was only showing a very small increase in size by the time I started treatment due to the effectiveness of the water aerobics and self massage. This should be reduced to normal when I finish treatment next Tuesday, I hope. Have learnt heaps at the clinic. Will post about it when I finish treatment next week.
My hair felt better and seemed to thicken up after a trim. It got rid of the fluffy look! :)
