Burning sensation after lymph nodes removed under armpit

You poor love,just demand some decent pain relief because that underarm pain is terrible.It's probably worse than the mastectomy/lumpectomy cut.You may need a doctor to check it- could be an infection,a haematoma or fluid collecting.Is the area red?Do you have a temp?Keep pressing that buzzer!!
