Hi Anne. Someone suggested the following to me and I found it extremely helpful. Buy some saline sachets from your local chemist - they are about 80cents each. Freeze them then put them into a facewasher and place against the irritated skin which has been smothered in sorbolene cream. I often skipped the facewasher and put the frozen sachet directly onto the sorbolene covered area. This brought really good temporary relief. I was also told that I wasn't using enough of the sorbolene and when I really began to smother the irritated skin I found some relief. xx
